About Me
I’m a Lead UX Researcher based in New York City. My background is in psychology, and I’ve spent 8+ years applying both qualitative and quantitative methods to complex, high-stakes products.
I’m currently Lead UX Researcher at Tyrula, where I run the research program for the CMS Federal Independent Dispute Resolution platform and lead UX strategy for the Healthcare.gov Marketplace transformation. Before that, I was the first researcher on Google’s Core UX Rapid Research team, which grew to nine researchers. Earlier, I ran 40+ quantitative studies for financial services clients at Maru/Matchbox. That work drove a 40% increase in Bill Pay adoption and contributed to 400% account growth.
I’m also an early adopter of AI in research practice. I use tools like Claude, Copilot, and Dovetail to scale synthesis while keeping humans in the loop for rigor and privacy.
